About the role

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document handling, and office coordination.
Prepare internal documents including purchase requests, reports, and supplier forms.
Maintain accurate records of imports, supplier contacts, and purchase documentation.
Liaise with vendors, logistics providers, and government agencies as needed.
Prepare and verify import documentation (invoices, packing lists, permits, etc.).
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities to ensure timely goods clearance.
Track shipment progress and update internal stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with national customs regulations and company procedures.
Drive company vehicle as needed for operational tasks (e.g., goods pick-up, document delivery, supplier visits).

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Administration and/or logistics/import functions for 1 to 3 years as a minimum.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
Knowledge of customs clearance processes and related documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and responsibility.
