About the role

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
This role supports the HR Manager in developing a positive organizational culture and fostering a productive, engaged force.
The HR Supervisor is expected to lead a team of HR professionals and ensure that HR functions align with the organization’s goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision of HR Operations Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
Ensure efficient and accurate completion of all HR processes in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide guidance and support to HR team members and assist with any complex or escalated HR issues.
Recruitment and Staffing Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, oversee candidate assessments, and manage offer and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during recruitment and hiring.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and to resolve issues while promoting a positive place culture.
Conduct investigations into employee grievances or complaints as necessary.
Support employee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans in consultation with the HR Manager.
Identify training needs and help develop or implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
Assist with the organization of shops, training sessions, and orientation programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and ensure co , ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation: Conduct supplier evaluations based on product quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovations in the pesticides and fertilizers market.
Conduct cost and market analysis to benchmark pricing and ensure competitive procurement.
Exhibition Participation: Accompany the Director to China and other international locations to attend pesticides and fertilizer exhibitions.
Assist in identifying potential suppliers, new products, and innovative solutions during exhibitions.
Build connections with global suppliers and manufacturers to expand the company’s supply net.
Prepare reports and recommendations based on findings from exhibitions and supplier meetings.
Inventory and Stock Management: closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure an uninterrupted supply of critical products.
Manage procurement s to maintain optimal stock levels without over-purchasing.
Budget and Cost Control: Prepare and manage procurement budgets.
