About the role

Build trusted client relationships, assess financial needs, and present suitable insurance solutions that help customers protect their future and achieve long-term goals.
Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market activities.
Conduct client consultations to understand needs, financial goals, and protection priorities.
Recommend suitable AIA products and solutions with clear, ethical, and accurate guidance.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to support policy sales and retention.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service quality.
Prepare sales reports, update client records, and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience in sales, customer service, or financial advisory is an advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good understanding of insurance or financial products is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Khmer; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
