Lead sales and digital marketing initiatives to grow logistics in Phnom Penh. Drive new client acquisition, strengthen key accounts, and build effective campaigns that increase brand visibility, leads, and revenue.

• Develop and execute sales and digital marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Identify new opportunities and convert leads into long-term logistics clients.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Plan and oversee online campaigns to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to guide decisions.
• Closely work with operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 8+ years experience in sales, development, or marketing leadership.
• Strong background in logistics, transport, freight, or supply chain industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for planning and reporting.
• Self-driven, strategic, and able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
