About the role

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, social, email, and channels.
Develop creative content, visuals, and messaging that align with brand goals and market needs.
Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and approvals with internal stakeholders.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for ROI.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Support brand consistency across all digital platforms, promotions, and communications.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new digital marketing tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative management, or brand communications.
Strong knowledge of content creation, campaign management, and performance analytics.
Proficiency with social media platforms, digital ads, and marketing tools.
Excellent copywriting, presentation, and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in trading, distribution, import/export, or similar industries is an advantage.
Manager-level mindset with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
Fluent English communication skills; Khmer skills are an asset.
