About the role

Supervise daily sales activities and guide the team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow accounts and repeat.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions for improvement.
Support pricing, promotions, and market coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in , Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in sales, with supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and reporting.
Ability to coach, motivate, and support a sales team to meet targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in trading, distribution, import/export, or a similar industry is an advantage.
Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
Fluent English communication skills; Khmer skills are an asset.
