Head Of Sales

Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Develop and implement sales strategies and plans Identify and develop new hotel, hospital & institutional clients Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance & Operations Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance Coach and develop sales team members' skills Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's degree in , Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required Master's Degree in is a plus Sales Manager in Hospitality Management for 2 to 3 years is required Experience in hotel supplies, hospitality products, chemicals, cleaning equipment, kitchen equipment, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop new customers and achieve sales targets. Good understanding of the Phnom Penh and hospitality market. Ability to independently and effectively manage a sales team. Strong customer-service mindset and professional attitude. Willingness to travel for customer visits when required. English
