About the role

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth activities.
Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and product displays.
Control cash, expenses, and store assets.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
Ensure company policies, safety, and store standards are followed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
3+ years of retail/store experience; management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
Good knowledge of sales, inventory, and store operations.
Good computer skills, especially Excel and POS systems.
Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage.
Responsible, honest, proactive, and target-oriented.
Able to flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
