About the role

New Client Acquisition & Strategic Planning Strategic Prospecting: Develop and execute structured sales plans to identify, map, and approach high-potential corporate prospects. Professional Appointment Setting: Maintain a rigorous weekly calendar of face-to-face outdoor meetings and product presentations. Deal Closing: Conduct professional presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure initial contracts or first-time Purchase Orders. 2. Key Account Management & Retention Relationship Nurturing: Serve as the primary, high-touch commercial contact for existing corporate accounts to ensure maximum satisfaction and prevent client churn. Up-selling & Cross-selling: Conduct regular follow-up visits to existing clients to introduce new product lines and increase annual contract values. Contract Renewals: Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively negotiate annual renewals with existing clients. 3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration with Sales Admin Seamless Order Handover: Hand over client requirements and purchase specifications to the Sales Admin once an order is confirmed. Administrative Delegation: Rely on Sales Admin for generating official quotations, processing invoices, coordinating delivery timelines with Logistics, and managing daily paperwork. Team Synergy: Maintain open communication with Sales Admin to track fulfillment status. 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update a clear CRM/sales pipeline log detailing new leads, active opportunities, and won accounts. Competitor Analysis: Feed critical market insights regarding competitor pricing, bundle packages, and shifting client preferences back to management.

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Corporate Sales, Field Sales, or Account Management.
Mentality: A balanced mindset combining the drive of a "Hunter" and the care of a "Farmer".
Professionalism: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills.
Mobility: Must possess own transportation and a valid driving license for regular outdoor field deployments.
Languages: Good command of Khmer and English.
