About the role

Plan debt recovery for customers who have paid off their debt and customers who are late by 360 days or more.
Evaluate and classify by priority in resolving with each customer.
Go down to resolve and collect money regularly from late customers.
Plan daily village visits according to each area managed and update to the manager and provincial branch director every week.
Develop strategies to resolve bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution to achieve plans.
Report results daily and weekly.
Collaborate with local authorities in participating in resolving issues with customers.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking & Microfinance Institutions or equivalent.
Better analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and skills in planning and ability to work in difficult situations.
Some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is prioritized.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
