About the role

Support the execution of trade marketing plans across modern and traditional trade channels.
Coordinate POS materials, displays, and promotions to enhance brand visibility in stores.
Work with sales and marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and store performance to spot growth opportunities.
Assist in trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising program tracking.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and field teams for smooth execution.
Prepare reports on campaign results, trade activities, and sales performance for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or FMCG is preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to support field visits and trade activation activities as needed.
