About the role

Build cordial relationships with bank employees at all levels and collaborate with staff of bank partners to identify potential banking customers with financial protection needs.
Provide professional insurance advice and after-sales service to successful cases.
Coordinate between the bank and the company, advise and coach sales techniques or products to bank employees at assigned branches, and participate in bank partner activities such as meetings and customer visits.
Coordinate customer health check-ups at hospitals if required, travel long distances between branches as assigned, provide field support to bank employees upon request, and collaborate with the training team to provide weekly and monthly refresher trainings.
Assist bank partners closely with claim document processes and department coordination.

1-2 years sales related experience.
Fresh graduates and/or the fourth-year students with outgoing personalities are also encouraged to apply.
Understand the basics of computer literacy.
Ability to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate, present, and interact with others.
Highly self-motivated with a strong commitment to a sales role.
Ability to work flexible hours.
