About the role

Identify new wholesale buyers, retail outlets, and corporate clients in Phnom Penh.
Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale distributors and provincial dealers.
Present product catalogs, new stationery arrivals, and bulk promotions to clients.
Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and payment terms within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly wholesale sales targets set by management.
Process bulk orders accurately from the Preah Monivong Blvd HQ.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Monitor stock levels to fulfill large wholesale orders without delays.
Handle client returns, product exchanges, or delivery discrepancies professionally.
Track competitor pricing, stationery trends, and market demands in Cambodia.
Gather feedback from wholesale clients to improve product offerings.
Prepare weekly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and client database updates.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in wholesale sales, B2B account management, or FMCG sales in Cambodia.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Phnom Penh's retail geography and major commercial districts.
Skills: Strong negotiation, local market communication, and relationship-building skills.
Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is critical for pricing sheets) and basic POS/inventory software.
Attributes: High energy, goal-oriented, and fully committed to the Monday–Saturday schedule.
