About the role

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
Identify new opportunities and expand customer nets.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets.
Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Sales or a related position.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
Able to independently and manage sales activities effectively.
Willing to travel to provinces.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
