About the role

Develop and manage sales channels, including distributors, dealers, and retailers within assigned provinces.
Promote and sell agrochemical and fertilizer products to channel partners and customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
Identify new opportunities and expand the distribution net in assigned territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor product availability, stock levels, and sales performance within assigned areas.
Conduct regular market visits to collect information on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Support channel partners with product information, promotions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Technical, and Logistics teams to support sales operations.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts.
Assist in organizing product demonstrations, farmer meetings, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Follow up on customer payments and support the collection process when required.
Ensure good customer service and maintain the company's professional image.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of agrochemical and fertilizer products is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently and manage sales activities in assigned provinces.
Willingness to travel frequently and conduct field visits.
Ability to under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Good problem-solving and market analysis skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
