About the role

Promote and sell animal feed products to farmers, distributors, dealers, and agricultural establishments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base and distribution network.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide product information and recommend suitable animal feed products based on customer needs.
Conduct farm visits and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and customer records.
Coordinate with the technical, marketing, and logistics teams to support sales activities.
Participate in product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and farmer events.
Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
No experience required.
Knowledge of livestock farming and animal feed products is an advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and conduct regular field and farm visits.
Good problem-solving and market analysis skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
