About the role

Strategic Planning: Developing social media content calendars, aligning content with marketing campaigns, and brainstorming new ideas to support brand goals.
Content Production: Writing blog posts, scripting, filming, and editing videos, and producing infographics or podcasts.
Medical Storytelling: Translate medical services (Radiology, Dialysis, Health Screenings) into easy-to-understand, empathetic, and engaging stories.
Conduct interviews with our specialists to create "Doctor Spotlight" features and educational health tips.
Social Media Management: Monitor social media channels and engage with followers' comments and inquiries in a helpful, brand-aligned tone.
Stay updated on local health trends and viral topics to keep SSMC relevant in the daily conversation.
SEO Optimization: Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices to increase organic traffic to digital content.
Collaboration: Working with marketing, design, and medical teams to ensure all medical information shared is 100% accurate and compliant with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management, with a portfolio of samples.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a premium service industry is a massive plus.
Strong creativity & storytelling ability.
Multimedia proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Technical knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and basic video/photo production.
Research & analytical skills.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English.
