About the role

Clean and maintain hygiene in bathrooms (dry and clean).
Clean and maintain hygiene in classrooms (before students arrive and after they leave).
Clean walkways and the area outside classrooms.
Clean and maintain hygiene in office rooms (clean tiles, glass, and collect trash).
Be stationed at designated areas to monitor hygiene and other issues.
Maintain and save provided materials.
Request additional supplies and organize cleaning materials orderly.
Cooperate with security to monitor and be responsible for safety on the floor.
Substitute for absent staff or work extra when staff are absent.
Wash sofa carpets, curtains, and other used items.
Detailed cleaning of the building during vacation or term break.
Report all issues and work progress to the Head of Security and Building Hygiene.
Perform detailed cleaning (wet cleaning) at their designated area once a day.
Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures (detailed cleaning twice).
Maintain bathroom hygiene at all times when there are issues.
Sweep walkways, reception areas, and areas that are dirty or dusty.
Always place wet floor signs before cleaning.
Inspect their designated area and clean immediately upon noticing a problem.
Clean rags and trash bins regularly after cleaning.
Organize materials orderly as instructed.
Wash trash bins at their designated locations before leaving for home.
Separate trash by type (dry trash, wet trash, and cans).
Change trash bags in bathrooms.
Mark the bathroom cleaning schedule with 'P' after cleaning.
Check supplies to avoid shortages when needed.
Request supplies based on actual needs (with department head approval).
Report any repair issues to the department head or building maintenance staff.
Change water and clean rags and trash bins after cleaning.
Dry rags properly (neatly) after cleaning.
Turn off lights after cleaning or partially before cleaning (open window curtains).
Inspect their respective areas before leaving for home.
Cooperate with security to monitor and be responsible for safety on the floor.
Report all issues and work progress to the Head of Security and Building Hygiene.
Be friendly and welcoming to students and guardians.
Cooperate with security if students violate school rules and discipline, report to security to escort them to the student affairs office for teacher resolution and guidance.
When students are on break, help monitor student activities, especially in classrooms and corners.
Clean immediately when students request assistance or if there is a spill.
Consistently observe students who spend too long in the bathroom as there might be an issue or students playing.
When it's time for class, the cleaner must help remind students to enter class, except for Aii Language Center students over 16 years old.

Requirements

Educational level from Grade 6 and above.
Able to read and write Khmer well.
Have a strong physique.
Age between 20 to 40 years old.
Experience in hygiene services from 1 year upwards.
Able to be flexible with company time and working hours.
Have perseverance and patience in work.
Be friendly and have good communication.
Be honest and have high responsibility in work.
