Suppliers must submit product and financial proposals including price quoted, product specifications, proposed delivery timeframe, warranties, payment terms, bid validity, completed Supplier Ethical Standards form, Company Profile, details of similar contracts recently provided (minimum 3), Technical Specifications/Brochure, Company Registration/Tax Registration documents, and Owner Identification.
