• MAG invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit sealed proposals for the supply and delivery of Field and Office Consumables.
• The selected supplier(s) will be required to provide high-quality products at competitive prices in accordance with the specifications and terms set out in this Invitation to Tender.
• The resulting contract will be for an initial period of twelve (12) months and may be extended for an additional twelve (12) months upon mutual agreement by both parties.

Suppliers must be qualified and reputable.
