Security Guard

• Must wear uniform, ID card, and name tag at all times during work hours.
• Must respect work entry and exit times, break times, lunch times, and fulfill work hours according to the established schedule.
• Must perform duties according to the shift responsibilities as defined by the company.
• Must maintain and protect all company property, employees, and guests.
• Must organize the car park and motorcycle parking to facilitate easy entry and exit.
• Must assist in directing traffic when employees cross the road and direct traffic for employee or guest vehicles entering and exiting.
• Must prohibit employees or guests carrying firearms or other dangerous items.
• Must show courtesy, smile, and greet at all times when meeting customers.
• Must report to superiors or relevant departments immediately and manage situations such as power outages, pipe leaks, electrical fires, fires, etc. Must report to superiors or relevant departments immediately upon noticing any lost or damaged property of employees, guests, or the company.
• Must patrol all areas to prevent incidents such as violence, sexual harassment, drug use or dealing, etc. Must monitor vehicles, people, and other materials entering and exiting the company.
• Must prepare daily parking reports per shift (morning and evening) and submit them to the team leader for inspection.
• Must regularly inspect fire extinguishers and report to superiors in case of expired or missing ones.
• Must cooperate well and have good relations with other departments and assist with other tasks such as cleaning the company premises, lifting and moving heavy equipment in rooms, etc. Other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Education

Completed high school or technical certificate, or emergency rescue, first aid, or similar skills.

Experience

Must have at least 1 year of experience.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of using fire extinguishers and first aid kits is a plus.
• Knowledge of crime prevention, theft, or any incidents is even better.

Skills and Aptitude

• Computer and Foreign Languages: Ability to use social networks for communication.
• Knowledge of English or computer usage is a plus.
• Attitude: Must be honest, gentle, possess integrity, have high ethics, and have good communication with colleagues and enjoy teamwork.
• Other: Able to work under pressure, can work on national holidays, and can work overtime and change shifts as requested by superiors.
