The PMU is seeking to contract a qualified company, NGO, or institution to design and implement a gender-sensitive communication plan and capacity development strategy, and to undertake outreach and awareness-raising activities on the e-waste sub-decree, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes, and the reduction and environmentally sound management of e-waste.
The assignment comprises two linked tasks: Task 1 – Design and implement a communication plan and capacity development strategy (Activity 4.1.1.1): Deliverable 1: Inception note and plan for both Task 1 and Task 2, including methodology and timeline.
Deliverable 2: Communication plan and capacity development strategy document (Output 4.1.1), incorporating UNDP's Principles for Gender-Sensitive Communications.
Deliverable 3: Training and shop materials, and reports on capacity development activities delivered under Output 4.1.1.
Task 2 – Undertake outreach and awareness-raising on the e-waste sub-decree, EPR schemes and environmentally sound e-waste management (Activity 4.1.2.1): Deliverable 4: Outreach and awareness-raising plan and materials on the e-waste sub-decree, EPR schemes, and environmentally sound management of e-waste (Output 4.1.2).
Deliverable 5: Reports on public education campaigns, stakeholder dialogues, and capacity-building shops conducted, including participation data disaggregated by sex.
Deliverable 6: Annual review shop reports (Years 2–5, as applicable within the contract period).
