Consultancy Services for Develop and Implement a Gender-Sensitive knowledge Management Mechanism

Develop and implement a gender-responsive knowledge management (KM) mechanism to support Cambodia's transition to a circular economy and improved e-waste management along the electronics value chain. The mechanism will facilitate the collection, sharing, and application of data, best practices, and lessons learned, while ensuring that gender perspectives are integrated into policy and practice. Deliverables

• Inception note and KM mechanism design document, including platform architecture, gender-disaggregated data collection protocols, and content plan.
• Functional, accessible digital knowledge management platform, populated with initial content.
• Gender-disaggregated data collection tools/templates integrated into project M&E processes.
• Targeted training materials developed for identified stakeholder.
• At least two participatory knowledge-sharing/technical shops delivered, with corresponding shop reports.
• Final report on the KM mechanism, including platform usage/uptake data and lessons learned.
