Provide technical leadership and guidance for the implementation and coordination.
Develop and regularly update project plans and activity s.
Coordinate with government counterparts and other relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate national and international experts engaged by the project.
Support the development and review of training materials and other technical products.
Organize and support training programs, shops, consultations, and meetings.
Monitor project implementation and follow up on agreed actions.
Lead the preparation of technical and project reports, including activity reports, progress reports, and other project documentation as required.
Coordinate with TAF program, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of activities.
Carry out other relevant tasks as agreed with the supervisor.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in law, public policy, international relations, development studies, or a related field Master's Degree is preferred Project management, rule of law, justice, law enforcement, governance, trafficking in s, technology-enabled scams, or related areas for 5 years as a minimum Experience ing with Cambodian government institutions.
Experience coordinating training, shops, technical assistance, or capacity-building activities.
Good written and spoken Khmer and English.
Strong coordination, organizational, analytical, and wri.
