About the role

The contract is for the services/works of producing promotional materials for Export Lab Companies.
The expected outputs are promotional materials for these companies.

Requirements

Local consulting firms officially registered in Cambodia must submit a Technical bid, including an up-to-date curriculum vitae (CV) for each expert and concept.
Additionally, they must attach a Certificate of Incorporation, VAT Tax Certificate, and Patent Tax Certificate for 2026.
For appraisers, ID Cards are required.
The financial bid must be submitted in the provided format (price schedule).
The financial offer for consulting firms should be net and subject to Value-Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Cambodian Tax Law.
For appraisers, the financial offer is gross and inclusive of Withholding Tax (WHT) 15%.
