About the role

We intend to award a contract for the services/s described in the enclosed procurement documents.
Interested tenderers are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements set out below.
Tenders must be submitted in English only.
GIZ reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tenders received without entering into negotiations.
A contract will come into force when GIZ issues a contract award notification within the tender validity period.

Requirements

Please submit your technical and financial bids no later than 14.09.2026 at 23.59 Detailed submission requirements are provided in the enclosed Terms and Conditions and application documents.
Tenders received after the submission deadline or those that do not comply with the stated requirements will not be considered.
By submitting a tender, you accept GIZ's General Terms and Conditions of Contract (current valid version).
Your tender will remain binding until the validity period specified in the tender documents.
When submitting your tender, please include the following in the subject line: Transaction No.: 7000021346 If you have any commercial, technical, or procedural questions regarding this tender, please submit them no later than 01.09.2026 to the contact specified in the invitation documents.
Please use the following subject line for your To ensure equal treatment of all tenderers: Questions should be submitted as early as possible and no later than the deadline stated above.
During the ongoing tender procedure, candidates and tenderers must not contact any GIZ staff involved in the procurement process other than the designated Contract Management contact.
Responses to questions and any clarifications will be communicated simultaneously in writing to all participating tenderers.
