About the role

Coordinate the implementation of TVET programs, training schedules, and day-to-day vocational training activities in line with approved plans.
Support the TVET Manager in planning, monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving TVET programs.
Coordinate and support vocational trainers to ensure effective competency-based training delivery and promote professional development.
Coordinate the implementation of curricula, learning materials, practical training, and assessment processes to meet organizational, industry, and national TVET standards.
Monitor trainee attendance, performance, discipline, and progress reports, and coordinate student orientation, assessments, graduation, and career readiness activities.
Facilitate the academic materials for trainers if needed.
Coordinate internships, apprenticeships, workplace learning, job replacement, industry visits, and collaboration with employers’ educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, trainee performance, assessments, certification, and other program documentation.
Prepare and analyze reports on program implementation, trainee outcomes, and key performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, occupational health and safety requirements, quality assurance standards, and relevant TVET regulations, and support audits and inspections.
Collaborate with other departments and perform other duties as assigned by the TVET Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resource Development or another relevant field.
Technical and vocational education, training coordination, education administration, or a related field for 4 years as a minimum Experience coordinating vocational training programs or supporting competency-based education is preferred.
Experience working with NGOs, educational institutions, or development organizations is an advantage.
Knowledge of competency-based training, curriculum implementation, and quality assurance.
