Support the CEO in developing and executing the company's strategic plans and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and improve performance.
Act on behalf of the CEO when delegated.
Oversee finance, accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with CIFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective processes.
Manage insurance operations, including policy administration, renewals, claims, customer service, and reporting.
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Lead risk management and continuity initiatives.
Maintain effective internal controls and governance practices.
Oversee recruitment, performance management, payroll, employee development, and labor compliance.
Manage administration, procurement, and company assets.
Foster a high-performance culture and build organizational capability.
Prepare and review management, operational, and financial reports.
Support Board, regulatory, and management reporting requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with regulators, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Master's Degree is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Prepare the data for monthly tax; annual corporate tax; and other legal documents.
Ensure all related accounting documents and legal files are properly per statutory regulation. with external/internal auditor and tax officer to ensure required documents and information are ready with the deadline.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree in accounting finance, CAT pursuing ACCA.
Insurance companies for 3 years as a minimum.
Experience in Audit would be a great advantage.
Good ing knowledge of computer software; Strong written and oral communication skills in both English.
Able under pressure deadline.
Good team player, interal skill.
Good time management priority task.
