Oversight and technical assistant to head office and branch staff related to IT issues.
Ensure that the IP phone system is up and running and fully supports implementation, configuration, and reporting.
Ensure proper maintenance of computer peripherals, printer, networking, internet & e-mail, security, data backup, and recovery.
Assist in installing software, network, internet, email, printer, and updating antivirus for all head office and branches.
Follow up, maintenance support IT system at Head Office and Branches.
Train and guide users on using new software, PC maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Training end users for new current technology.
Strengthen IT policy, System security, and compliance.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS or related fields.
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the IT/MIS/Telecom field for MFIs/Banks.
At least 1 year of working experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Good understanding of banking operations.
Good skills in the installation and maintenance of network and computer-related equipment.
Good Knowledge of IP phone systems, implementation, management, and configuration.
Good talent in training, and coaching staff to be aware of IT standard and compliance.
Good knowledge of Telecommunication Connectivity, Window Server and Linux.
Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening.
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal characteristics, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High moral integrity, morality and able to work under pressure.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
