Act as compliance officer to combat money laundering.
Sample check saving file to make sure supporting for account opening are accurate.
Sample check on customer transactions to raise-up suspicious transactions.
Support Branch Manager in delivering all new/changed policies, guideline, procedure and memo issue by head office.
Ensure all new/changed policies, guidelines, procedures and memo are communicated and understand to branch staff.
Monitor the implementation of all applicable policies, guidelines, procedures and memo to ensure the compliance rate is high.
Perform compliance testing program as assigned by risk department.
Ensure on time reporting all non-compliance or compliance breach to the Compliance Department.
Closely follow up daily and monthly branch operation checklists assigned from On-Site Operation Support Unit.
Other tasks assigned by Management.

Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent in Law, Finance, Banking, Administration, or other equivalent qualification field.
Minimum of 3 years experiences on on-site/off-site operation support, compliance, risk management, audit, or credit analysis Profound understanding of processes and product policies / procedures/guidelines Good at English speaking, writing and listening Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good al characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to in a team spirit.
Be able to independently High al integrity, morality and able to under pressure.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch net offices.
