About the role

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash transactions.
Prepare monthly financial reports, accounting statements, and support monthly financial closing activities.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and ensure records are complete and up to date.
Assist with tax documentation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by the Finance Manager or management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the agriculture or related industry.
Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills with good English proficiency.
Native Khmer is required.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
