About the role

Prepare official documents, concept notes, reports/meeting minutes, and manage administrative documents of the faculty.
Plan, monitor, and evaluate the faculty's work plans.
Coordinate schedules and meetings, as well as other faculty events.
Follow up on decisions and assigned tasks.
Facilitate communication between the Faculty of Medicine and relevant units.
Facilitate national and international cooperation.
Communicate with partners, institutions, and international organizations.
Coordinate the preparation of workshops, conferences, and visits.
Coordinate the preparation of protocols and reception of national and international guests.
Follow instructions from the Dean and the Faculty of Medicine.

Requirements

At least 25 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, or relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in general administration, international relations, and hospitality.
Proficiency in AI for administrative and communication tasks.
Received COVID-19 vaccination as determined by the Ministry of Health.
