Responsible for all the work and functions in the kitchen area.
To ensure smooth performance of all works related to kitchen areas.
Maintain food / Recipe Standard.
Work closely with the sous chef “TBM” developing the special menu.
Daily operation management (Lead and ensure staff are cross trained to support successful daily operation).
Maintain hygiene, food safety and regulation.
Control and making the appropriate stock inventory.
Work on training staff and establishing a working schedule (Roster) for staffs’ performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly report sent to Floor Manager and Store Manager.

Certificate in culinary science or relevant field.
Food and recipes, especially working on food and beverage industry.
Maximum 3 years’ experience with Sous Chef position.
Ability to lead the whole team, coordinate the team to work together.
A deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and culinary techniques.
The ability to prepare high-quality dishes consistently.
Good understanding of MS Office or other related software uses in restaurant.
Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff.
