Implement national and/or international curriculum, ensuring alignment with vision and standards.
Plan and manage the full calendar, including academic programs and extracurricular programs.
Promote high standards of teaching and learning through teacher planning, classroom observations, teacher mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development.
Establish and lead a Mentoring Program for teacher growth.
Organize and facilitate teacher award selection based on clear performance metrics.
Monitor and support student learning outcomes through assessments, reporting systems, and interventions.
Coordinate extra classes and enrichment programs, with special focus on support for slow learners through remedial strategies.
Collaborate with peers in curriculum and course outline planning and events.
Participate actively in mentoring programs, professional development, and monthly technical education meetings.
Maintain a professional portfolio for teacher awards and recognition.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behaviour, and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
Uphold and model child protection policies and code of conduct.
Support promotional activities such as open days and student showcases, implement risk management strategies, and respond to emergencies.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in education is required.
Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or Administration is preferred.
Leadership experience for 5 years as a minimum.
Familiarity with Cambodian educational and International Program, including Australia or Singapore system and policies.
Proven ability to lead academic programs and manage diverse operations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
