Design and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum.
Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ diverse learning needs.
Prepare weekly and term lesson plans and submit them for review as required.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment.
Apply appropriate disciplinary strategies to support student growth.
Promote active participation, collaboration, and academic integrity.
Create, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams.
Track and report student progress on a regular basis.
Provide feedback to students and communicate results to parents/guardians.
Participate in events, parent meetings, and academic shops.
Support extracurricular activities related to English (e.g., spelling bee, reading clubs, debates).
Cooperate with other teachers and staff to ensure student success.
Teachers are required to attend at least one (1) training session or shop per term as part of their compulsory professional development.
Actively participate in internal training sessions, shops, meetings, and professional learning activities organized by the institution.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, teaching strategies, and classroom management techniques.
Stay updated on current trends, methodologies, and developments in English education.
Reflect on al teaching practices and seek feedback from supervisors or academic leaders to improve instructional effectiveness.
Apply new teaching strategies and knowledge gained from professional development activities to classroom instruction.
Contribute ideas, materials, and resources that support the improvement of teaching and learning within the program.
Engage in self-directed professional learning, such as reading professional literature, attending relevant webinars, or taking online courses.
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude toward continuous professional growth and improvement.
Support and participate in peer observation or mentoring activities when required.
Attending staff meetings, training shops, and parent conferences is required.
Participation in activities, including field trips, events, and assemblies, is required.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, TESOL, TEFL, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in an academic setting.
Experience ing with ESL/EFL learners is a plus.
Excellent command of the English.
Effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to use educational technology and interactive tools (e.g., Google Classroom, PowerPoint, Smartboards).
