Inventory Management: Receive and inspect goods for quantity and quality.
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or electronic system).
Organize and label items properly in the stockroom or warehouse.
Issue supplies and materials according to approved requests.
Record all incoming and outgoing stock transactions.
Stock Monitoring and Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum stock thresholds are maintained.
Notify the procurement or admin team when stock replenishment is required.
Track and manage expiry dates, damaged goods, and returns.
Physical Stock Checks: Conduct regular physical stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly).
Reconcile physical counts with system records and report discrepancies.
Assist in internal and external inventory audits.
Coordination and Reporting: Gathering all request and making order then purchasing.
Coordinate with purchasing and finance teams for stock procurement and budget tracking.
Prepare stock reports as required by management (usage reports, shortages, aging stock).
Ensure that health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained in the storage area.
Participation: Attending staff meetings, training shops, and parent conferences is required.
Participation in activities, including field trips, events, and assemblies, is required.
Vendor & Relationship Management: Set up and maintain accurate vendor master files, including contact details, payment terms, and tax information (e.g., W-9 forms).

Educational Qualifications: Association or Bachelor in Administration, Logistics, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or stock management.
Experience in retail, or office environments is an asset.
Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (manual or digital).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, organizing, storing items).
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
