About the role

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily sales activities, supporting the achievement of sales targets, managing customer relationships, and assisting the Sales Manager in expanding the lubricant throughout Cambodia.
Execute sales plans and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
Promote lubricant products and value-added services.
Supervise and support sales representatives in daily operations.
Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Assist in onboarding and training new sales staff.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively.
Prepare sales reports and customer visit reports.
Update customer databases and sales pipelines.
Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Sales experience for 3 to 5 years as a minimum Experience in lubricants, automotive products, spare parts, industrial equipment, or related sectors preferred.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong selling, communication, and interal skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to independently and manage multiple priorities.
