About the role

  • Support the planning and coordination of On-Award Enrichment activities in line with the annual OAE plan.
  • Assist with alumni engagement planning, including reintegration and grant activities aligned with the Alumni Engagement Strategy.
  • Coordinate participant communications, expressions of interest, nominations, and logistical arrangements for activities and events.
  • Liaise with the Australian Alumni Association of Cambodia and selected participants as required.
  • Support procurement processes, including venues, catering, and photography/videography services.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and participant information in an audit-ready manner.
  • Administer post-activity surveys, collect results, and support validated MERL data collection and reporting.
  • Assist with reporting, budgeting, invoice processing, reimbursements, newsletters, and general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in international development, education, communication, administration, or another relevant field.
  • At least 2–4 years’ experience providing administrative or operational support in education, capacity building, or complex program delivery contexts.
  • Experience coordinating logistics for activities, events, shops, or similar engagements.
  • Experience maintaining databases, participant records, and supporting reporting or MERL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of program administration, recordkeeping, and data governance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage correspondence and stakeholder communications professionally.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office, databases, and online survey tools.
  • Highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to both independently and as part of a team.
