Request for Quote for Supply of Equipment for Biological Safety Cabinet Certification

FHI 360/Cambodia is seeking reputable and registered suppliers to procure 10 units of equipment for Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC) certification at competitive and economical prices.

• The quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 14 September 2026 at 5PM to the office of FHI360 (Attn: FHI360/Procurement: GIA Tower, Floor 12 (Room G1201 & G1202), Street Sopheak Mongkol Corner of Koh Pich, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh, Cambodia).
• The Bidder/Seller agrees to hold the prices in its offer until 15 November 2026 from the date specified for the receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in the addendum of the RFQ.
• Attachments to RFQ: Attachment “A” – Commodity Specifications Attachment “B” – Instructions to Bidders/Sellers All PO Terms and Conditions are listed on our website at: Link (hereinafter the “Terms”).
• Supplier’s delivery of products, performance of services, or issuance of invoices in connection with this purchase order establishes Supplier’s agreement to the Terms.
• The Terms may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
• All bidders/sellers are responsible to carefully review each attachment and follow any instructions that may be relevant to this procurement.
