Lead the day-to-day delivery of student recruitment outreach for Grades 1 to 12.
Build relationships with feeder schools, communities, and partner organizations.
Guide the Recruitment Officer.
Plan and deliver the outreach calendar, including visits, education fairs, information sessions, and community events.
Manage outreach-generated leads in the CRM from first contact through to handover to the Admissions Officers.
Track inquiries and conversion by source and event, and provide weekly outreach data and recommendations.
Ensure all recruitment activities follow policies, Ministry of Education regulations, and safeguarding requirements.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, or community outreach, preferably in education.
Excellent spoken and written Khmer and English, with confident presentation skills.
Strong CRM, Excel, and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel within Cambodia and occasional evenings and weekends.
Experience guiding or mentoring junior colleagues is an advantage.
