System Operations & Transaction Management YHS Modern Trade: Enter SAP volumes, process Sales Orders to invoices (IMS), handle sales returns and update inventory for new SKUs.
BP Shared Services (14 BPs): Verify shipment and FOC invoices, enter incoming stock, process sales orders, and manage stock adjustments.
Inventory Control: Conduct month-end stock takes, consolidate stock counts for 40 BPs, and reconcile system data with physical stock sheets.
Change Requests: Execute SFA/DMS change requests (e.g., Geo-tree updates, salesman/route changes, master data) through the ticketing system.
Reporting & Data Analysis Daily Reports: Export daily sales transactions (40 BPs), open order listings (27 BPs), and GPS-compliant salesman activity (SFE) reports.
Monthly/Periodic Reports: Update full-month IMS reports, consolidate weekly projects, and maintain outlet census/registrations.
Reconciliation: Match full-month shipment reports against SAP, FOC, IMS, and actual BP inventory counts.
Rebate, Incentives & Administrative Support Incentives: Consolidate target and achievement figures for monthly Salesman performance incentives (YHS and Agency teams).
Rebates: Prepare monthly distributor rebate and incentive data for management approval.
Admin Support: Train new admins in Sales and Inventory modules, manage the DMS KH Housekeeping (rep moveme Identify/Pro-active cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
Monitor market trends, commodity prices, FX movements and supplier cost drivers.
Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, service and compliance.
Develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply and continuity risks.
Support contract negotiation and renewal.
Maintain appropriate procurement documentation and supplier records.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent, Some Information Technology background or skills HISTORY: Sales and marketing, administration and office for 2 years as a minimum QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, , Finance, Economics or related field.
HISTORY: Procurement in FMCG or familiar operation for 3 years as a minimum.
