About the role

Develop the annual social media calendar.
Manage social media accounts for Teuk Saat 1001 and O-we.
Implement effective communication with O-we Entrepreneurs and school directors.
Produce, publish, and monitor content across platforms.
Ensure social media actions align with visibility, fundraising, and awareness objectives.
Update the organization’s website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
Monitor and analyze communication KPIs and adjust actions accordingly.
Produce and curate photos and videos to maintain a high-quality content pool.
Design print and online and offline communication material.
Develop templates according to organizational needs.
Prepare internal communication tools and supports upon request.
Provide limited graphic design support when required.
Ensure clean, structured, and accessible storage of communication assets and data.
Support communication aspects of key events, notably the Water Festival: Development of communication materials, Develop and implement innovative communication concepts, Coordination with internal teams on communication-related organizational aspects.
Support and initiate other communication campaigns or events as required.
Actively support the development and annual update of the communication strategy and action plan.
Support the organization in adapting communication approaches to strateg.
