To establish, develop and grow the EAMU Professional Training Academy as a leading provider of practical management, leadership and professional development programmes for corporations and ing professionals.
The role is primarily responsible for building the Academy as a sustainable training , while also ally delivering selected training programmes and developing a net of professional trainers and industry experts.
Academy Development & Building Establish and develop the Academy Develop training products Develop corporate clients Build corporate partnerships Develop the trainer net Manage Academy operations and quality Achieve targets Training & Facilitation ally deliver training Develop training materials Facilitate executive and corporate learning.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree is required HISTORY: Management, Consulting, Training or Development for 5 to 10 years is required SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Demonstrated experience in corporate training, executive education, learning and development, management consulting or a related field.
Strong ability to develop and establish corporate relationships Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to design practical and engaging professional training programmes.
Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
Good understanding of the needs and challenges of es and managers.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong professional presence and credibility with corporate executives.
Soft Skills Entrepreneurial and proactive, Results-oriented, Confident and persuasive Practical and -minded An excellent communicator, Energetic and engaging, Relationship-oriented Self-driven and able to independently Passionate about developing people and organisations.
