About the role

Set and deliver the company’s five-year directions, annual operating plan, budgets and priorities with the Managing Director and Board.
Improve sales and marketing performance by setting clear channel, customer, product and team plans, with regular reviews and follow-through.
Strengthen Modern Trade and retail relationships, distribution, execution and sustainable revenue growth.
Lead department heads across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Finance, Administration and HR, and Customer Service.
Manage revenue, margins, expenses, cash flow and return on investment; identify issues early and take corrective action.
Improve demand forecasting, inventory planning and stock management to protect service levels, ing capital and product freshness.
Set practical KPIs, hold regular performance reviews and build accountability, collaboration and capability across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, systems, internal controls, risk management and protection of company assets.
Lead new product and brand launches, including market-entry plans and route-to-market execution.
Build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, brand owners and partners; support negotiations and contract implementation.
Provide timely management reports and sound operational advice to the Managing Director and Board.

Requirements

Significant experience in a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Commercial Manager, Operations Manager or comparable leadership role.
A strong track record in FMCG, food and beverage, HORECA, retail, distribution or a related industry.
Demonstrated Modern Trade and retail expertise and a good understanding of Cambodia’s commercial environment.
Broad knowledge of sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, logistics, inventory and operations.
Strong financial and commercial skills, including budgeting, cost control, margin and profitability improvement, and ROI analysis.
A practical, data-informed approach to problem-solving, planning and decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and team-development skills; able to align teams across departments.
