About the role

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans. 2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities. 3. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Act as a point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. 4. Sales Process Oversight: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that all stages from lead generation to closure are effectively managed. Ensure that sales teams follow established processes and use CRM tools properly for tracking and reporting. 5. Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team. 6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and adjust strategies as needed. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies and provide feedback on market needs. Collaborate with product development.
