Senior Property Services Director

Senior leadership role responsible for directing property services strategy, driving growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role combines commercial leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight in a government-related environment.

• Lead property services operations and align strategy with organizational goals and service standards.
• Develop opportunities, build client relationships, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Oversee service delivery, contracts, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior management decision-making.
• Manage budgets, resources, and team performance to achieve operational and commercial targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in , Property Management, Sales, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience at director level or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong background in development, client management, and service operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions.
• High professionalism, integrity, and ability to in a government or formal environment.
• Proficiency in English; Khmer skills are an advantage.
