• Leading, coaching & mentoring the QC team & ensuring highest product quality.
• Ensure GMP, Safety and Quality in the factory.
• Implement, maintain, & improve quality systems e.g. BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
• Join in-house and external audits (local raw material suppliers) to ensure proper quality.
• Assisting all internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc. Assist in customer interactions appropriately (complaints, questionnaire, etc). Implement, verify and maintain updated in-scope documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc. Other tasks assigned by management.

Bachelor's Degree in food science, Food Technology, Agro-Industry or related fields. is preferred Working experience in QA/QC function from Food or related industries for 8 years
