• QC Apply Now WORKPLACE CIRCUMSTANCES ENVIRONMENT: Office LANGUAGES: English, Khmer LOCATION: Phnom Penh POSITION CIRCUMSTANCES CAREER CATEGORY: Food Science, Quality Control SCHEDULE: Full-time SALARY: Negotiable OPEN TO FOREIGN NATIONAL: Yes POSITION SUMMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading, coaching & mentoring the QC team & ensuring highest product quality. Ensure GMP, Safety and Quality in the factory. Implement, maintain, & improve quality systems e.g. BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free. Join in-house and external audits (local raw material suppliers) to ensure proper quality. Assisting all internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc. Assist in customer interactions appropriately (complaints, questionnaire, etc). Implement, verify and maintain updated in-scope documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc. Other tasks assigned by management. • Fluent is required QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in food science, Food Technology, Agro-Industry or related fields. is preferred WORK HISTORY: Working experience in QC function from Food or related industries for 10 years is preferred SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Hands-on (GEMBA) mindset Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices Experience in Quality Management and implementing Quality Auditing procedures Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Soft Skills Communication, Leadership, Attention to detail, Time management, Emotional Intelligence. Analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
