For Planning & Logistics Staff: Plan & manage operation & logistics for timely export to overseas destinations.
Monitor raw material, semi/finished goods inventory levels to suit operation & shipping plans.
Coordinate with other internal functions in arranging all documentary support needed for the shipments.
Always look for cost-saving opportunities.
Other duties assigned by the commander.
For Maintenance Staff: Perform/conduct preventive maintenance of machineries according to fixed daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance plans.
Spare part control (order, receipt, issue, return).
Other building maintenance tasks, as and when needed.
Other duties, as may be assigned by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

For Planning & Logistics Staff: Bachelor's Degree is required.
Manufacturing for 3 to 5 years is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3+ years of previous experience in related areas (Planning, Supply chain, Logistics).
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Good time management & communication skills.
Good command of English is needed for this role (Speaking, Listening, Writing).
Soft Skills: Communication, Planning, Attention to detail, Conflict management.
For Maintenance Staff: Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience in Technical and/or Maintenance function in Manufacturing for 3 to 5 years.
Skills & Knowledge: Vocational degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical or other related.
Having basic maintenance skills such as Welding, cementing, fabrication etc. Familiar with general maintenance e.g Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, etc. Computer literacy (MS Office).
Computer skill.
Basic english communication (reading, writing, speaking).
